I am from reading, PA doing my first Stain Glass, have not completed the double needle work, that scares me a little. I have been quilting for around 2 years, I love it |

pictures please! never did a stain glass quilt! but don't be afraid of the double needle..i have used it for fancy stitches, with different colors in each eye...looks lovely! |
If you are using 1/4" bias tape, just use a 4 mm double needle -- my avatar was sewn that way -- and is very easy to do. Just watch where you are going so that the line you just sewed down will be covered by the next stitching line, that way you dont have a million thread ends and a whole bunch of tie-offs.
