Welcome, I applaud you for trying this wonderful, healing art form. I love quilting and it has gotten me through so many rough times. Lost both parents, a brother and a son shortly after learning to quilt, came down with Fibromyalgia and have had several surgeries and quilting and my quilting friends have been there for me through it all. Beachlady, where in Maine are you? I'm planning a trip to Maine in the fall and would love to have some input as to where to go, what to do, etc. from a fellow quilter! This is a quilting vacation with 2 of my quilting friends and we'll be looking for great quilt shops.
