Default Scott From Michigan

Hello everyone, my name is Scott.
I'm from Michigan, but reside in Thailand with my family. I just bought an old Singer 15BG168 Treadle, basically the same as a Singer 15K110...I guess.....except this one was made in Asia.
It's all cleaned up,oiled and working smoothly. On to my second quilt. I'm new to sewing.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. Your machine reminds me of my Singer treadle, she sews through just about anything.

Hi Scott, welcome from Mississippi. Very nice Singer 15 you've got there. They are strong machines and sew through anything. Also, you can drop the feed dogs and do FMQ with them. Should be a great quilter!

There is a Vintage Machines section of the board that you might want to check out, too.
