Hi and welcome from the sunny state of Florida! This board is very good for insomnia, ask me how I know? It's also very addictive, you'll love it here!

Welcome from Minnesota. This is a wonderful and addicting place to visit. Watch out, you might spend more time reading and chatting than you do sewing. It is great tho, to have a place where so many questions can be answered and you can get new ideas from people from all over the world.

Welcome from central Alabama. Many people find quilting to be good therapy for their minds and hands. It is important to keep both active, especially during flair ups.

It's nice to meet you and welcome home-at least that's what I feel.

I no longer work outside the home due to MS so I totally get what you mean. I haven't been able to have children so I don't experience that but I do know about many many symptoms of MS. I read a book once where a lady named her diseases because she talked about them so much and I thought it was a good idea. So my friends include MiniMini(due to the many symptoms and also because my niece's cat is named Indiana but her little one couldn't say that and started calling her minimini. Now we all call her that and I smile each time I hear it so I brought that into making me think of Livi and smile when MiniMini visits me. I also have friends named Payne for my fibromyalgia(fancy spelling makes it seem nicer  )and Misery for my Interstitial Cystitis.

Too much info from me ,I guess, but just wanted you to know I get it. If you ever want to vent or commiserate please feel free to PM me. Otherwise keep on quilting!
