Quilts for soldiers

Have you made any quilts for an experiment and don't know what to do with them now? Or ever made a quilt and you really don't like it well enough to keep? I found this link to give quilts to wounded soldiers. Wow, if we all just sent one. . . I know that I sure appreciate our military men and women, and my heart goes out to those wounded.

Sending quilts to wounded soldiers is a wonderful idea. You can also make them to send to the surviving family members when a soldier is killed. I sent 4 off last year to two families in my daughters Army unit killed in Afghanistan while she was there in 06.
