Default Bind a quilt

I'm new here - I've only made one lap quilt and that was a few years ago so I am a 'sponge' for all the talent I've seen on this message board.

I ran across a series of posting on using a binding foot and thought I'd post the links here in case it is of any use to anyone:

Part 1: http://elnalife.wordpress.com/2011/0...-quilt-binder/

Part 2: http://elnalife.wordpress.com/2011/0...binder-part-2/

Part 3: http://elnalife.wordpress.com/2011/0...binder-part-3/

While the above only applies to certain Elna machines, I know there are binding feet for other machines. Knowing this, hopefully readers can adapt/gain some knowledge about their machine's binder foot.

Ha! I am off to a quilt show this afternoon! Yahoo! Inspiration has been a long time coming! I could take photos - but - I'm not sure if they allow photos. I WILL be exploring the vendor booths.
