Is Anyone Doing the Magnolia Design Mystery Quilt (starts July,2017)?

Several of us had fun with last year's Meadow Mist Mystery quilt last year by Cheryl Brickey. This year's mystery quilt is called Magnolia Mystery and starts the first Thursday in July. The clues are only monthly, so the pace wasn't too demanding. I hope some others will join me. The information is at www.MeadowMistDesigns.blogspot. I am currently in France but will be back before it starts!
I just want to spend the rest of my life laughing.

Looks interesting I need to look at past mysteries she's done

I throughly enjoyed her last mystery and learned a lot by doing it. I will follow along but I am not participating this go round. I look forward to seeing progress as others participate though.

Thanks Jeanne, I have not participated in Cheryl's mystery before but there are many excited quilters on her blogspot that are looking forward to it...since Judy doesn't usually start the Mystery Train here until Septemberish, I might have to jump in on the Magnolia Design Mystery.
attitude is everything...the rest will fall into place.

This looks interesting. I just might try and do this. I like that you have a month between new clues.

She is a modern designer.... but for this mystery she has offered to send a sneak peek of the finished quilt to anyone who doesn't like mysteries. I've been burned by mysteries so I did email her and ask for the sneak peek. You have to promise not to reveal it to anyone, so I'm not telling! If I like it, I'll be sewing along with you all, most likely.

Merci, Jeanne ! I may try it. I've made one of her patterns before and it turned out really pretty.

I am planning on playing along. Last year's mystery was fun and easy to do with the clues coming out only once a month. I really like the quilt too. Excited to see what's up this year.

I asked for the sneak peek too. I wasn't fond of putting a lot of time into a mystery quilt top to end up not liking it very much...At least with the sneak peek you can decide if you want to do it as she planned it, or play along and change it up to what you might prefer. There are always so many possibilities with the quilt creative process!
