I discovered something pretty interesting. Goodwill has an online auction at: shopgoodwill.com. They have lots of things for crafting, sewing, fabric, sewing machines, etc. Check it out.

I have purchased several things from this auction site. However, I only bid on items at my local goodwill. ..

My daughter works at goodwill shes the one who clued me on the website. I generally just bid from the closer ones so I can pick up my items, but did get a real nice Gingher rotary cutter and seam ripper set half price of a new set and that included shipping. sewing machines go for some high prices. There was a featherweight on there two wks ago top 50 item list due to the bidding on the machine

The shipping is outrageous and a lot of the Goodwill items have handling added on to it also. Buyer beware!!

yes they do..........BUT have a very poor search engine. You have to wade though hundreds of unrelated items to find what you are searching for. :?

There is a search at the bottom of the page to specify what you are searching for.

That's the job my daughter has, she travels to the different stores and then she sorts them and puts them on the different sites. She said as soon as she places the quilting books on the site there sold.
