Default Has Anyone Signed Up for Summer Moon?

Fat Quarter Shop has it going for 10 months. I think I'm going to do it.

Darn, it looks so pretty, but looks like you need to purchase a book. Since I'm watching my budget for a few months (we'll be traveling), I'm just going to "lurk" to see what everyone is coming up with. Thanks for sharing the link!

I just skimmed over the info. Is the book necessary? It looks kinda fun.

I've had the book in my shopping cart and just ordered it.

The BOM kits are no longer available, which is fine by me. I'd rather use my own fabrics and have a unique quilt than to use the kit and have the same one as hundreds of other people. Besides, the book is $20, if I was getting the monthly kits, it would be a lot more.

Samplers are growing on me. Most of the quilts I've done are big and doing the same block over and over can get boring.

    Thanks, SusieQOH, for the reminder!

I ordered the book too. I also don't want to make the same one that everyone else is making so I have my own fabrics to play with.

I ordered the book from Amazon and will get it tomorrow. I also will use fabric from my stash. I don't see where we sign up?

I received my book yesterday evening and I love it! The block of the month is in the book with all the details. Each block has three different sizes and there are three blocks a month. My problem with this type of quilt is keeping up.
Is anybody else doing the cream and sugar bom?

I just got my book yesterday too. I'm pumped!
I haven't heard of the other one you mentioned. I better not check it out

Sunrise- I thought it was 9 blocks a month? I need to go back and check. The total number of blocks is 24. So I guess I'm wrong!
