    Cool Bernina factory tour..

    Tour of Bernina factory.

Good morning, and Happy Mother's Day!
I found this an interesting tour, even though I do not own a Bernina...Anyone that loves sewing machines, would find it so, I think...

I have owned several Bernina sewing machines and serger and embroidery machines. my 1530 had to shipped to Chicago, Ill., to be fixed last fall. $$$ spent well, it is working for me now. Yes, I love my 550QE and allow dh to sew with it. Loved your tour, looks like fun. Thanks for sharing, especially because I will never live to see it myself.

Very interesting and informative. Looks like great pride in workmanship. Love the pics of the town.....so,quaint and clean....so unlike most of USA unfortunately.........don't own a Bernina, but I think if I were in the market, I certainly would seriously look into one. I'm so tired of these third world, plastic, overpriced machines......

Thank you for posting. I really enjoyed watching how they make Bernina sewing machines. I have a Bernina Activa 220 and a Bernina dego 330 embroidery machine. Haven't used my embroidery machine in a long time but, just bringing it out again has given me a new leaf on life.

Hi Geri, Oh, how I wish our good ole'' US of A', had the mindset of the Netherlands..in cleanliness. That's what it takes..a mindset from birth on, I suppose...for everyone. This Canadian loves this country , with all it's warts...
