    This looks like something I would like to do to use up my stash!
    Would require a purchase of the solid white fabric, or whatever I would use as "window".

    I tried it but it did not work out very well. Maybe my inside square was too heavy fabric but the solid square did not extend to the edge of the outside square and looked unfinished since would not go into the seam. Maybe I did something wrong.
