You have 60 days to request a refund.

Craftsy sales are like the flash sales on line. You happen to get in on it or not. The fabric, kits, or notion sales are not important to me from Craftsy. The classes are what I want from them. All other online classes from other sites are more expensive. There are too many class sales and so far I haven't paid full price for any class I wanted. Most are $10. How can you say that is not a bargain? Cost me more in gas to drive to a class.

I blocked the 24 Block- Crafty site from my FB page. They advertise saying see this great thing and then you have to pay to see it. Not worth it for me.

Craftsy has a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the class. There is really nothing to lose.

I don't see the problem. Below the promo video is the class listed in segments how much time on each section, below that is reviews. I don't just rely on the video when trying to decide on a class. I look at reviews and how much time is spent on the sections I am most interested in.

I am still happy with Craftsy. The latest class was on longarm quilting and since I don't do that I haven't gotten it. I have most of the classes--only asked for refund once as it was a duplicate. I have my favorites. Haven't seen any new classes on quilting lately but most are one person's ideas vs. another teachers I don't like that the latest BOM is a have to take it class with the kit. I usually just want the class. Have Jenny Beyer's BOM and kit and now wish I hadn't gotten it.
There have been changes but I've adapted to them. I just wish I'd always be given the NEW class function.

I wrote to Craftsy to ask if they would include more of the teacher on the previews because sometimes the instructor makes all the difference with the class. They said they would take that in to consideration. Obviously, it hasn't made much difference.

Right now I'm not buying much because they're not producing new classes. Disappointing because I like the platform.

I've noticed the preview is more about the instructor than the class. It does give how many lessons and how much time each one takes. I'm surprised they now have classes on CD/DVD's and shocked at the prices of them. Most of the new laptops do not have CD/DVD drives. I can play them on the TV but that doesn't appeal to me. Now I only buy classes when they are on sale for $20.00 or less. They are on sale now I think today or tomorrow is the last day.
