Watson, I am downloading to my laptop, so don't know anything about putting it on your phone. I need a big screen to watch my classes, only use my phone for emergencies.

I don't know about every device or how they work. I know my laptop and Kindle Fire. I would hope before the site closes there will be instructions how to save the purchased classes. I was thinking maybe just maybe Missouri Star will take over? Seems like a good thing for them since they do have online classes to purchase.

Thanks for the head's up! I went to the Bluprint site and downloaded all of my patterns to my computer. (Not how I planned on spending an afternoon). I tried to download classes too, but all that got saved was the cover page, that didn't open or go anywhere. I wrote an email to whoever gets them there, and said I'd like all of my classes sent to me on DVD since there was apparently no way to download them.

What annoys me is that there was no mention of the closing anywhere on the site, and yet every page still had the advertising to get you to subscribe. Wonder how many suckers they will snare in with that before they close?

Sewbiz, please keep us posted if you can get them to send you your classes on DVD? Both my mother-in-law and I own many classes and are having no luck downloading them.

I'm still getting emails from them like it's business as usual. Crazy!
I love SBG's idea of having them send the DVD's. I will do the same.
I'm having no luck downloading them.

Default Bluprint

automatically renewed my annual subscription two days ago $86.00 . They better refund!
the writing was in the wall when they sold, they got rid of goods and people...they continued to deplete their stock. I contacted them about it and they assured me they were ordering and stocking new items. They did not. They eliminated numerous guest classes.

sad to see them go...worried about downloading my forever classes.......does anyone know if you can down load the bluprint app to android? Do you have to have an iPad or iphone?

best wishes

Thanks for the update. I have a laptop and down loaded all patterns in my account.

There were 2 classes in my account. Click on the class and a list should come up which shows each section to down load. Example: My class was a BOM type for 6 months plus the instructions. I was able to download each as a separate down load. Then I renamed them appropriately so I would know exactly what it was. Then those files were put into a file with the class name.

Example xyz bom Jan
continue with xyz bom Feb and continue with each class number or name.

When you have all the downloads from that class, make a file on your computer for the class. Example: my class was "beginner xyz".

Drag and drop or copy/paste all the down loads into that named file depending on your computer functions.

Verify you have everything and then you can delete the files from the "download" area or leave them if you like.

Hope that helps!

I wasn't happy with how they treated their instructors when they took over from Craftsy so I didn't buy anything from Bluprint. Also, it might be my imagination but I felt my Craftsy classes were more in depth.

Rhonda K....on my computer, the download button doesn't show up.

On my phone it shows up, but says itself back to the Bluprint App, so I'm not sure if that will actually continue to exist after they close.

Any ideas on how to get the download button on the PC?

Watson
