Has anyone heard of this fabric (Gore-tex)? Have any idea where it or if it can be purchased? How much if you can? :?

Gore tex is a water repellant fabric. I've had jackets made with it, but have no idea where you'd find it. Maybe a place that carries ripstop nylon...

It's used for outdoors clothes for back packers and the like.

Gortex is sometimes used in surgeons gowns also.
