I like to check out 5bucksayard for good buys on fabric. They also have clearance prices beginning at $2.98. Shipping is reasonable.

Fabric.com - great customer service free shipping over $35 and "WHOOH HOO!!" I won a $10 gift certificate in the June Sock Hop from D'S SEWING CENTER and just place my order there. Can't wait for the brown truck to arrive!

I get most of my fabrics from www.favoritefabric.com They have a large selection.... I usually can find just what I'm looking for. Easy search engine too! :)
