Kaffe Fasset/Brandon Mabley Newsletter
I just received the newest Kaffe Fasset newsletter and it's full of fabulous quilts and colors.
Those of you in the UK have so many opportunities and locations where his quilts are displayed that I am green with envy!
Here is the link to the newsletter if you are interested. http://www.kaffefassett.com/Newsletters.html
I took a peek at the Welsh Quilt Center link and was delighted with the pictures of quilts in bright colors. I so love his bright quilts and bold fabrics.
I hope you enjoy some of the links in the newsletter.

He is such a talented person, I have followed him over many years as before being a quilter I was a knitter and his knitting designs are to die for, thanks for the link I have signed up for his newsletter.

LQS has done a BOM with Kaffe fabrics. I never would have been able to pick the fabrics let alone the blocks. It has been delightful. We are using the book 99 Modern blocks- I think that is the title. And the fabrics are a sweet treat to the eye. I am enjoying this BOM and enjoying vibrant colors.

I agree with you, at great cost I bought a metre of his fabric and it laid in my stash for a year or so until finally I saw a pattern and made it up, I love it but I don't know whether I would buy any more until I saw the right pattern to show them off.

Beautiful quilt!!
I have one of his quilt books, but haven't made any of the patterns
in it yet as the fabrics are so very pricey. I do, however, look through it
periodically and drool.

Thanks so much mrs. fitz! I love his fabric also...and craftsy.com is selling a 15 piece FQ bundle right now for $32.00
That equals about $8.50 per yard.
