I tell my hubby- that's recommended speed limit for those who are not familiar with the road. I know the road, so I can drive my comfortable speed. Never had a ticket so... this logic must work. :)

Here, you don't dare go over the speed limit on some roads. You actually want to go UNDER since the roads are really bad.
On the main roads that ARE good, there are speed traps out during "rush hour", but I"m never on the roads then...so I guess it doesn't pertain to me. lol

When you get back to the US, we should go cruising the highways so you can feel the excitement of the PA drivers- they are fun- kind of like the dodge-ems at the amusement park- or a good Nascar race. :)

Their newest thing is to exit the highway- 3 lanes across- from the furthest left lane- to the exit on the right. Without a turn signal. Lovely.

PA must be somewhere in Texas :) because those guys are making me crazy here! Not so bad in Lubbock, but Houston and Austin are craaaazy!

I've driven in San Diego Traffic, Los Angeles Traffic and Hawaiian Traffic. NOTHING scares me anymore.
Here, they pass on corners. I'm talking the corners where you can see NOTHING coming towards you.
