I have saved any number of methods for making a goodly number of FG units, but this is a true gem for ease as well as accuracy. I'm confident now that I can turn out hundreds of these little rascals. Off to my patterns . . . !

That is pretty neat. Thanks for sharing, I am going to have to give it a try. I think having the extra triangles left might just be worth not having to resize the blocks.

I must be missing something. She has a quarter inch seam allowance at the peak of the Flying Geese triangle, but no seam allowance to either side. Won't the "wings" get clipped when she sews each Flying Geese unit into her quilt?
