I have never been a fan of the dresden block but with this addition I really love it. Thanks for the link to her site.

Thanks. I love the Dresden spike block -- first time I've seen it. Love Dresden blocks and have made several different types of wall hangings plus one lap quilt. Thanks for the link to the tutorial.
