Thanks for letting us know.

I've popped in my order (including promotional code). The shipping was still charged and the 10% deduction didn't come off. I've emailed them so that we can sort it out.

Didn't think any of the items were bulky - maybe they were. Hopefully all will be sorted soon.

Has anyone had this issue before?
