Using the search feature, I did find two earlier threads about sewing garments but they were a while back. I stumbled upon a site that sells all types of fabric, most of which are designed for sewing your own clothes although there is one tab for quilting. The website is:

I haven't ordered anything from them so can not vouch for how good they are. But, it is an interesting site that looks like it has a lot of potential.
