Hi Everybody! Just wanted to let you know that Harbor Freight Tools is having their dollar days. I definitely am a fan of theirs and see a few things I'm going to ask DH to pick up for me. The sale is from 7/18-31.

Thank you letting us know.
I have to go to Paducah next week so I will have to make an extra stop now.

What kinds of things do you buy from Harbor Freight? I saw where someone mentioned rotary butter blades, but I did not see anything like this in their ad.
Thanks,
Jo Ann

they call them "carpet cutting blades". they have clamps and clips you can use for holding fabric in place, they have masking tape, and duct tape--just essentials in general. i never go there and leave empty handed. it's kind of like the fabric store, but not quite as pretty...

You can also get those suction handles to put on your rulers...$15-25 at the LQS, $5 at HF! Rulers, marking pencils (be careful what you pick!), tool bags, rolling carts for sewing machines....the list goes on!!

I bought the carpet blades and the extra long shears that are great for cutting batting, but my favorite purchase was a ceramic knife for the kitchen. Love it! I'm going back for the other 2 sizes.
