Default Good Price for 505

Well, so much for pin basting! I am now a 505 user
I think I found a good price. Joann's has a large can on sale for $9.19. I was able to do some math and found that buying 11 cans and using an online coupon, all said and done (including shipping and sales tax) it will come to about $8.84 a can. Does this sound like a good deal? Does anyone know about the 'shelf life' of 505? I am sure my quilting buddy and I will use 11 cans with in the next year. Does it sound like a good price to stock up at?

It sounds like a good price to me. 505 is > $20 can at LQS here. Another QB member suggested Sullivan's basting spray and I like it, too. Much cheaper and available here at Hancock Fabric.
It seems any of these products would last a year under normal household conditions. I would not hesitate to stock up since you're sure you will use it.

I buy it at Wal Mart no cupon needed, cheaper than 9.00.

Didn't have 505 one time and ran into my local "Valu" store. They only had Sullivan's and I'm REALLY pleased with it. Used to get 505 on line.

Wow, Sullivan's must have reworked the product with all those positive comments.

When I first used it, over 10 years ago, I felt my brain cells dying as I as working with it.
That was also the last time.

Glad it's working well for all of you.

I've used 505 that's been sitting around for a couple of years with no noticeable loss of effectiveness.

daisy, I could only find a price of $22.99 for the large can at Joann.com - do you have a link to the sale?
