An "audio beanie".

It's a beanie type hat that has a bluetooth connection so you can play your music on it while you quilt, but you can also answer the phone and have your hands free while you talk! It charges through your computer.

I usually just have one ear covered so I can hear what else is going on around me.

It would also be great for walking with. You could put music with the right rhythm on your phone and it would keep you going at the right pace.

My Mom got it for me for Christmas.
