Thanks so much for the heads up, DeniseP. I passed this info along to a friend, also. Ordered my set yesterday, and was in the midst of downloading (took about an hour) when I read your post, romanojg. So..I held my breath almost the whole download time. Everything went well for me, though. Now...I have the daunting task of organizing all the designs. In my spare time. Right!

So sorry you had a bad experience, romanojg.

Thanks again, DeniseP!

Grandme26....you have to go to the home page and click on "my account"...you should have made a sign in name and password when you paid..just sign in, then click "download. Mine is 93% done downloading now. Can't wait! I bought from Watts, too! Just too good to pass up! Thanks to all who posted these deals!

Paying was a piece of cake; it's the downloading that's an issue. I work in the IT dept and I know it can take a while but my first time trying I only got less than a 1/4 of the file on my pc and it wouldn't open. When I tried the second time it would do nothing. I only wanted them to reset it so that I could try again. I just don't understand the attitude but they did refund my money. I got some great designs for such a small price from JuliasNeedles. She emailed me to thank me and was very nice; like a business person or even a person in general should be. I will be ordering from her again so the person who put the link on here I appreciate it. I'm very happy for all of you who have been able to get them downloaded without any problems and I hope those who have problems can get it worked out so you can get the designs. You can never have too many designs.

Mine downloaded just fine...they downloaded as a zipped file, so you have to unzip them...could that be the problem you all are having?

Try Juliasneedles; they have a great sale going on for a couple of days. I got almost $80 worth of designs last night for $14. Plus they have some cute free ones. Congratulations on your embroidery machine; I got mine almost a yr ago. I can't believe how many designs I have already; most free and the ones that I did pay for are almost all reduced in price. I have so much fun doing them and I'm learning alot from my dealer. Right now I'm taking all of my designs and converting them into pictures using my software (the designs stay the same, they just make a copy and covert it into pic) so that I can print out thumbnails of what I have. I putting them in folders with the company name so that I know where I got them. The designs will end up having a copy in folders showing what they are for. I leave the original in the zip file under co name so that if I ever need to replace it I know where I got it and the orginal name of design. Good luck. I google free designs one night and was up the rest of the night downloading them; well some of them
