I have found them at Michaels in the stained glass/glass painting section.

Plan B is the make-it-yourself plan. The plastic screw-on applicator part for the glue bottle is easy to find at Michaels/JoAnns/etc. and the metal tip is nothing more than the metal tip of a mechanical pencil. The metal mechanical pencil tip will screw right on to the plastic applicator. Viola - a fine tip for a bottle of glue.
that is where i found them also...in the paint section, of joanns. i think they cost under $5. used a coupon..a mechanical pencil would of worked great! thanks for the "tip" lol

Also, don't be fooled into purchasing the Glue Baste It glue.
Great tip on the glue bottle.....you pay dearly for the glue and glue refil. It is water based Elmer's glue. Just keep filling that bottle with the Elmer's.

I saved the printer ink refill squeeze bottles with the pinpoint long tip. Works great!

I use Aleene's but should change over to and Elmer's type as it washes out. And thanks for the tip on the pencil end! 'Course yesterday I glued/basted a whole super-queen binding on! I have a 5 pack that I never use!

The Joann's near me couldn't find them anywhere, so of course I've ordered some, then I read this!

Anyone want to buy new metal tips, still in the package?
Enjoy the day!

i also learned the sharon way..it is not for everyone..it is an extra step..

what words did you use in their search box. I could not find them.
My JoAnn's and Michales did not have the tips in any department. Each store will carry different items.

Thank you for posting this. I've looked and looked for them!!! I wanted to try a finer tip for Sharon Schamber's glue basting ideas. Glad you posted it!
