Exactly my thought.

Mine arrived today. Getting ready to make an evening cup of coffee, kick back, and ENJOY! I took a class with Jenny last Friday in Palm Coast, FL. It was so wonderful and a memory-maker.

I don't like it when a magazine automatically deduct a renewal subscription from my credit card without my permission. It took forever to find the phone number to cancel the subscription.

I received mine today. Be patient. It's well worth the wait. They always have great stuff and ideas.

Not everyone will be happy with the way a business works all of the time. Having lived in a business family all my life, I know that well. If you don't like the way it's done, vote with your feet and wallet. For me, it's worth the wait and the cost is well worth it. The quality of the papers used is much better than most I see these days. If you order the digital, you won't have any wait time. If you are consistently unhappy with the service, then unsubscribe. Complaining here doesn't really address the issue for you. IMHO

I haven't gotten my new issue yet. I have a new mailman so he doesn't fully appreciate how I'm looking forward to receiving it. Time to break him in.

I enjoy doing business with MSQC. Their customer service is refreshing. I like the friendly funny emails letting me know when a new tutorial is out, when they receive an order and another one telling me when they ship. It does build the excitement in me, because I know the product is on the way. Come on Block #2! I'm a waiting and I know it will be worth the wait and then some.

For those who have received, could you please share the list of the blocks in #2?

This is not something they want their customers to think 6 times a year

And I think it's an understandable for the OP to be a little perturbed. And the justifications? To order a magazine subscription even with the old model and have to wait EIGHT weeks to get an issue is really poor in the digital age and shouldn't be used to justify practices now. I could see it when they had to type each label on a typewriter or something, but there's no excuse today.
I am a want it now type person but I understand the delay from payment to publishing to shipment. It's not that simple a process.
I think MSQC is dedicated to making a success so I'm sure every possible way to improve will be their priority. MSQC is turning the quilt industry in a new direction. They are creating a stir in the small business world. They have national attention now.
