Smile new mid arm on the market -BlockRockIt...

There is a new, less expensive mid arm on the market now - the BlockRockIt by Kathy Quilts. It looks very nice. Does anyone know more about this?

It won't be ready for shipment until mid to late January, so it appears that the only information right now is on the website you linked to.

Very interesting - the price seems at this point to be great - would love to see reviews, guess we just have to be patient...

The 14 inch opening is really small for a machine on a frame. I would up for a sit down if they have that with that small an opening.

Grandmaof3 I love the quilt in your profile! I agree will wait to see the reviews. I couldn't get the prices list to load

14" doesn't seem worth the effort...but it does look interesting.

I would go for it as a sit down machine. It does seem like someone would come up with something between the 9" throat and the 16" throat. A jump of sometimes close to $4,000 in price (on average). I still say, I could get alot of quilts quilted for $5,000 by some else.

I bought a Nolte mid-arm for the same price. I love, love, love it. And they are a reputable company that has been around for a long time.
