I had to order the book after seeing the demo. I am intrigued.

I couldn't keep my strips in place to weave and I couldn't figure out by folding the strips in half, I still had a raw edge. I'll post more when the book arrives. It is suppose to be here tomorrow as it was sent second day shipping.

Her demo she was using raw edge pieces but her finished ones looked to have the edges turned under. Seems like an awful lot of pressing. Easier to sew Y seams.

Might be easier to make fabric tubes and weave them, no raw edges that way. Will check back after you have had a chance to read your book. LOL How much was the book?

Thanks for sharing. Post a picture of what you make using this method. I'm also wondering about the raw edges on the top of the quilt

The book isn't all that great, it reminded me of the quilt books from the late 70's and early 80's. I would have never bought it if I hadn't seen the demo. But the weaving instructions are detailed. The strips are folded and pressed to the middle making no raw edges. The strips are pinned and weaved on fusible interfacing. I have a weave for a large size throw pillow started. It's easy to do.
