Well, I just discovered that Connecting Threads is right here in Columbus! Got an email from them to their Ohio customers; they are having a scrap sale, $5/lb., which works out to about $2/yd. It's on June 25, 1-6pm, and you pick out the pieces you want. Most pieces are 4" wide and at least 24" long, plus many end of bolts which are at least 1 full yard long. 1000's of colors and prints. Only form of payment they take is checks. Address is 1250 Boltonfield St., Columbus, Ohio 43228.

The main office is in Vancouver, Washington.
But the distribution center is in Columbus, OH on the west side!!!
I never knew that.
I got the same email....but I don't know if I can get there.
I'm sure going to try.
But probably have to work.
Did you see that they only take checks? No credit cards or cash. Who doesn't take cash, lol?
They probably don't want all that cash floating around during the sale but I'd rather use cash, myself.
