Default Design your own fabric - Spoonflower

Has anyone else seen this site, or tried it out? You can design your own fabric! They can set your requested repeat, and make it for you in yardage or fat quarters. You can also buy fabirc that others have designed (not sure how that part works). It is not cheap, but for a special project it seems brillant! You can also do quilt labels.

It’s always fun to look at the different designers. I’ve never ordered anything.

There was a very lengthy thread on this a while ago:

I read on someone's blog (don't remember who) that they used this to print their own quilt labels. They designed a couple of different styles that included their name and a place to fill in the other information. It sounded like a good idea but I've never done it.

Wow, some of that fabric is just beautiful. Pricey, but if you need just a small amount of something SPECIAL this just might be the place. I bookmarked.

I recently bought a FQ for something special for my DH. It was pricy, but I couldn't find anything similar anyplace else, so it was worth it. Fun site to browse through.
