If you've never been to Arizona, here are some of the sites available:

I have been and loved it. Sedona is so pretty but we loved Prescott! Flagstaff is a little crazy on the weather! The Meteor crater was cool, Grand Canyon wonderful and we have enjoyed Tuscon also.

Then there is Goodyear and the Thunderbird Lounge :-)

Nothing really. We went there antiqueing and happened on the Thunderbird Lounge. Had a fun time with some locals that night. DH brings out his hat every once in a while.

Rainbow Bridge is accessible from Lake Powell. When we went there in 1966 we put the boat in near the dam in Arizona and went upstream into Utah to see the bridge.

Southern Utah is absolutely beautiful! And stepD went to college in Salt Lake and worked up at Snowbird. Loved it up there too. Also Park City!
