By folding a square piece of fabric you can have a purse/tote in 5 minutes. I thought this would be a cute way to wrap a gift for a fellow quilter/sewer, wrap a small wall hanging or quilt, make a purse to match an outfit quickly, larger squares would make good shopping bags :D

That is just too neat. I have got to learn how to. Looks easy. I wonder what type of fabric he was using. I know the pink/black looked like cotton. Great vidio. Thanks for the link Amma!

I think it was cotton, at the end of the video there was a mention of cotton fabric. I would think that cotton/poly or any other sturdy light weight fabric would work too. If I had a serger I would also try some rayons and other fabrics that tend to fray alot. You are very welcome.

Amma I would think if we used cotton to use something that looks good on both sides especially batiks.
