Accuquilt Go on HSN

I think the price is way high for the Go when it's on sale for $199 most places.

But it will interesting to watch to see all the demos of the dies.

I wonder how many ordered at that price....like said before there is a sucker born every minute...I have one, but found it a much better price...about half of price there......like using it, but I don't think it is worth the $300+ price....JMHO

I ordered mine from Overstock.com at a really good price.

JoanneS 01-16-2013 10:29 AM

Does overstock.com also have ggood prices on dies?

TexasGurl 01-16-2013 10:35 AM

$349 ??? ... WOW ... some newbies sure got taken on this !! HSN strikes again !

That's what most of my guild members thought I was, a sucker born that minute. I paid the full price for my Go then but I preordered for the one of the first ones made. I knew as soon as I read about it I wanted one. And compared to the cost of my sewing machine, the full price was cheap. If I had waited six years I could have gotten it for $199! LOL The Go bought from Accuquilt website compared to those I've used from JoAnns and other special prices, seem to be more hefty. I don't know if they make different quality but it seems like it.

That price might change when its shown on the show, could have a show price? I don't hav a need for one of these.

I have the GO Baby Cutter my DH bought for Christmas last year (2011) I buy the die when I see them on sale but I haven't used it to it's full capacity (hardly at all really) is there somewhere I can see how to use it properly?

BellaBoo 01-18-2013 09:01 AM

You tube has dozens of Go and Go Baby video demos. I use youtube to find how to do anything by watching it actually being done.

BellaBoo 01-18-2013 09:08 AM

The price was lower on the show and it came with extras. Not a bad deal at all. Several of my guild members ordered either the Go or the Go Baby. One member called another to brag and that member bought one and called another member and it went that way for four members. It's halarious because these four older members are so competitive with each other. If one has something new for quilting the others will have it too or die trying and they are the best of friends. My guild is somewhat excentric. LOL
