I was tempted to order it until I read: "All magazine subscriptions will automatically renew annually."

I am not crazy about that auto renew thing either but they do send you notice, with plenty of time to reply and turning off auto renew is easy, just be sure you save the turn off.

Yes, it says automatic but you can cancel before that time comes use your phone to put the date in week before so you can cancel.

Thanks for the tip. $6 for a year is about the price of one issue! I went ahead and subscribed, but will probably cancel as the end gets near. It seems that the auto renewal prices are often higher than the regular subscription prices. I haven't had any quilting magazine subscriptions for a while, so this will be a treat.

I just had my subscription to McCalls expire so I went ahead and took advantage of this. This is a good deal and I can always pass the magazines along if there's nothing in them that interests me.

Your link has an extra letter (s), so just eliminate that and you shouldn't have any problem. American Patchwork and Quilting has always been my favorite quilting magazine, so getting a whole year's worth for $5.99 is a terrific bargain. Thanks for the heads-up!

There is no reason to wait until the week before expiration to cancel "auto renew." I just signed up for the magazine and turned off "auto renew" at the same time. I'll get a year of the magazine, and they will not automatically charge my credit card for subsequent years.
