this company has been around for quite awhile.....they used to, maybe still do, sharpen dull blades.....The original company used to owned by husband of a pioneer Longarmer, if I remember correctly...I don't know if that is still true.......
I never did business with them....easier to use JoAnn coupons or go to Harbor Freight, but if one doesn't have that as a alternative this might be a $$$$saver....

I was just looking at Harbor Freight.
What department are the blades under?

Thank you

marylynspr 10-07-2011 06:36 AM

They're listed as refill blades for a carpet cutter.

I like the harbor freight blades. Wish they came in the 60.
Nice that this site has free shipping!

I have. the sharpened blades they sent back were not sharp. They sent another batch no charge same problem. I would not use them again.

klgreene 10-07-2011 10:27 AM

I am one of those people who have not had good luck with my blades from Harbor Freight. Even without a trade in that's half the cost, so I would be willing to try them. If they don't work out, I'll try somewhere else and keep trying until I find a good price. Has anyone tried the blade sharpeners from Harbor Freight? I really don't know anything about them other than a friend has one.

darleneerickson 10-07-2011 02:08 PM

I figure it is just as cheap to get new ones at joanne's for 40 percent off

mucky 10-07-2011 02:31 PM

Harbor freight doesn't have the large blades

OrangeSherbet 10-08-2011 07:20 AM

Hope this place makes them sharp again. Would rather recycle them than throw in the landfill.
