I have used the pick up quite a few times. Joann's tends to drive me nuts with their pricing, cheaper online but it is in stock at the store. I will do it for the better price. It has always worked very well for me.

I found them to be very generous with their measurements when online ordering.

I did that just today. I ordered last night and got and email that it was ready. I picked it up at the front counter. It was easy!
