Awesome "whole cloth" quilt link
I was looking around today & even though I will probably never make a whole cloth quilt, I found this link in pdf from Cindy Needham that looks like a very informative handbook that she has put out and given permission to copy. This method is way beyond my skills but the handbook is full of very useful information from threads, batting, etc.

thanks for the link. check page 5 where marking pens are discussed.

And on her website, she uses the same DSM as I have. Does that mean that I can get as good as she is?? LOL

I just finished looking over the information in the booklet. I was surprised about the info on the marking pencils and pens. So far with the pens I just purchased I have not seen any residue. I hope it continues to be this way.

thanks! Has some really good info in it, I have a Judy Niemeyer quilt to work on and some of these ideas work well on it too.

I agree with you Osewme, This link has way more information than what I personally need but the hints about marking pens and batting was good. Since I am not "in to" this kind of whole cloth quilting, the rest of the information was not of my interest. Worth a good wander.
