Beginner Quilt Instructions on Youtube

I watch Cheryl on the Sewing Room Channel on YouTube and she recently posted that she is doing a beginner quilter series with blocks to make a quilt. I like this teacher. She has some neat sewing projects and this series would be perfect for someone who has never made a quilt before. Here is the link to the first video explaining what is needed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0NYDgZFTFo. There is a video out with instructions for the first block as well.

thanks for posting this. I think I am going to do this even though I am not a beginner, it looks like fun. I have never "subscribed" to anything on you tube. Does this one cost anything?

And for your Free Motion Quilting pleasure I use the Column quilting method (if not getting quilt Long armed) I can make any size quilt and do it myself on any machine I have. I have learned a couple of things about this method that I'll share. I've used sashing and no sashing with this method. Candy Glendening has saved me a bunch of cash.

This doesn't look like it costs anything. Here is her video for her first block.

Thank you for the link to watch. I think she will be very helpful to anyone besides beginners. I feel I am always learning.
