I don't always catch her quilt cam but have completely enjoyed the ones I have. I receive her daily blogs and it is so much fun and interesting especially her travels . She blogs everyday either quilt related or personal even when she travels out of the country . She posts lots of pictures of classes she teaches and her travels . Very interesting lady.

thanks for the link I watch her 5-15-14 quilt cam really cool anybody else notice how her machine sounds? sounds neat nice machine

Remember the movie Flubber with Fred McMurray? When he was in his lab and the flubber was working - that's what some of Bonnie's machines sound like. I know - you have to be old to remember that.

I found Bonnie's blog and Web site last year. Totally hooked on QuiltCam and her scrappy approach. It's her Leaders and Enders that floored me. All that thread that I previously wasted... Ugh!
She has answered questions from me and even showed one of the projects that I was working on at the time. Awesome lady! :-) |
I love how "real" she is! She runs into the same problems I do (like broken thread, seams at the corners, etc.) and makes no big deal of them - just fixes them and goes on! And even tho she isn't doing a "class", I'm constantly picking up hints from her. She really is terrific.

Watching Bonnie's quilt cams is just like sitting in my sewing room with a friend.

I really enjoy these, too. There's always a helpful hint or new product/tool idea. By the way, you can watch them on You Tube also. Just do a search for Quilt Cam and they are all on there.
