beautiful but I wouldn't get one done in my life time , hands aren't steady enough for small items. But love these and view and wish..

Thank you so much for sharing. Makes me sad that I lived in Houston for 20 years and never heard of her. Of course, I wasn't into quilting then. Her work is amazing. If she doesn't have a book or dvd, I hope she does some day.

I have never seen such beautiful detail in a quilt. It would take hours to really see all the special work that went into it.

oh my goooodness! what everybody else said and then some...I love that she hand embroidered the house she grew up in.
It's amazing that her son of 16, could and would do all that with her. It will have it's own place in a museum some day.

So much talent..each block was amazing, even the fabric it was sewn on...could look at it forever!
