Civil War Sampler by Barbara Brackman
In case anyone is interested, Barbara Brackman has started a new Civil War Sampler, which, I believe, is a block of the week.

Thanks for posting this. It's a block of the month, not week. Posted the last Saturday of each month.

These are great. I did her last one and it turned out so nice. Hope you all participate. Have fun with it.

I would love to do this one, but first I have to do Underground Railroad. I've had the book for several years. Think I need to get the book out and do it like I was in a club and do a block a month.

This one is the Underground Railroad. I did the Dixie Diary also, and love the way it turned out. Now I'm doing this one. I finished the Portsmouth Star block and it came out beautifully. Loved the story of Ona Judge Staines that went with it.

Thanks for posting this link. I'm going to join this one too and so happy to read the history. Blessings,Georgia
