cool foot for free motion quilting and so much more

It is interesting. But I'm not sure of the advantage plus it's a Bernina foot and I mostly FMQ on my Juki

She mentioned that its called a leather foot so you just need to look up the one for your machine. You can use it with dog feeds up and do FMQ, along with using it on zippers, cording and other items.

I'm not sure of the advantages of it. Having the feed dogs up for FMQ kind of negates the free motion part. It would probably be fine for circles like she was doing but I can't see the advantage for other FMQ designs.

I have this foot for the Janome HD9 v2 straight stitch. Haven't used it for FMQ, yet. I do use it for bag making, zipper and where I need to stitch close to edges. I like it. Thank you for posting the information for others.
