Rhonda K....on my computer, the download button doesn't show up.
On my phone it shows up, but says itself back to the Bluprint App, so I'm not sure if that will actually continue to exist after they close. Any ideas on how to get the download button on the PC? Watson |

This shows the download buttons in the red circles. |
After you have all the files down loaded onto your computer, go to the "downloads" within your computer. Then you can move the files to your PC, or USB, or separate hard drive.
I don't leave files in the down loads on my PC. I use as a temporary parking place. I rename the down load with file names that make sense for me so I can find them easily later. Hope that helps! PS: I apologize for the picture sizes. If you click on each one you can see it better. I was trying to get you the info asap. |
Does anyone know how to do this on a Mac? Tia

I wasn't happy with how they treated their instructors when they took over from Craftsy so I didn't buy anything from Bluprint. Also, it might be my imagination but I felt my Craftsy classes were more in depth.

I think I see the problem....None of the classes I own show up in the Overview area, because I don't currently have a subscription. I can only get to them through the Class Library and there is no download button associated there.
Frustrating. Watson |

I agree and I hated losing Angela Walters Midnight Quilt Show with the transition. I honestly never used Bluprint after the change. Never saw anything that appealed to me and didn't like the membership thing.

Frustrating. Watson I never had a subscription and I "think" my classes were probably free ones. Do you see at tab called "resources" at the top when you click on a class? Click "resources" and you should see a list of each segment of the class. That is where you download. You have to download each segment not the whole class. Yes, Library is where I did my downloads from. |
