Crafty Gemini Improv Tote

My M*QC Ap is showing a new tutorial with Jenny and friend. It is making the Gemini Improv Tote tote with a product I have not seen. I will be on the look out for it. I think she said, inner foam plus? You can piece and sew right on it and it is fusible on both sides. It also keeps the bag sides up but it can be scrunched and it pops back into shape. I want to make one now but I will have to wait until I can find the product.

Looked for it and I think I found it at Amazon for $12.57 for 18X58. It is called In-R-Form Plus -Unique fusible foam and the company is Bosal.

Jennie also said MSQC is now carrying the product. I watched the video this morning and thought it was great. In the past I have used a Pelon heavy fusible, which I like, but this product does seem much more flexible. Definitely got to get some of that product.

Ohhh, and $10.50 there! I had trouble viewing the whole video today, it kept getting stuck for some reason on my iPad.

I wanted to post a link to the video tutorial in case anyone else wants to watch. I love Vanessa Wilson and Jenny Doan. What a team.

I think it's basically Soft and Stable but it's fusible. Joann online does carry Soft and Stable.

I have beeen using this product for at least 3 years now. The bag results are awesome and so proofessional looking. I will not make any more totes without it. It is also very lightweight.
Make sure to fuse lining carefully so it won't separate when washed.

If I looked correctly...MSQ is out of stock...but I was able to find on Stuff 4 crafts....(no affiliation with them)..
I'm anxious to try it...it looks like a "wonder" stabilizer!!

MSQ is carrying it for less then that I believe, $10 or so. I actually added it to my wish list at that site because I want to use it to make a bag, adorable and so fast.

This was so fun to watch and if it wasn't snowing out like mad I would be at the store buying all I need to make a big bag. Nice to have something to look forward to when the snow stops and the roads are clear. Love watching Vanessa she is so clever and cheerful and encourages you to try different ways.
Just saw sewnsewsue comment so will go on line and let UPS do the driving while I stay warm by the fire. Great tutorial.
