Not all of us suck the heads. I don't and won't. I surely enjoyed crawfish at a local seafood restaurant last night, though--but just ate the tails and some of the meat from the bigger claws.

Yes be sure to check the labels, a lot of crawfish (& shrimp) comes from China and Thailand etc ... We don't buy those :(

I got tricked into buying some Chinese crawfish and resented the marketing ploy very much. On the package in big letters was "Packed in Louisiana." I bought that brand a few times, until I noticed in very fine print, "Produced in China." That's just plain deceptive marketing!!!
