Wish I could of seen a picture of the Indian Table runner so I could search and hopefully find it for us whom missed the pattern.

you can look for the photo on pinterest--search indian corn table topper--it has to use paper piecing technique and quilting, but it is darling--I think that Janet the quilter posted it--if this helps
