Cute Spider Web Halloween Quilt

I found this link today for a this small spider web Halloween quilt. It looks like a table topper to me. I really want to make this. The instructions are included on the page of the link.

Love that! I did a small mug rug for a swap last year. No pattern, just played with it. (the thing on the right is a skillet handle hot pad) The spider is made from a button and is attached with velcro.

I placed a square of the two fabrics, then cut them "stack and whack" style, then alternated the pieces to make two different mug rugs. I did it "envelope/pillowcase/birthing" style, so no binding was needed.

Love the spider button. I also like to play with webs. I quilted one in my mini Halloween quilt.

This is the quilt my sister wants me to make. I've considered it. I guess you can say it's on my "to do" list!
