I've started a blog to map my DJ journey....I'm thinking it's going to be a journey that includes a "tie a knot and hang on!" attitude! (Made ONE block, not happy with it, will redo at least parts of it!)

Anyway...do you blog about your Dear Jane? Will you share your blog, and may I add a link to your blog on mine?

For what it's worth...here's mine:

I have a blog too...see my signature for the link.

How do I put your blog on mine? I'm still learning how to do this!

Esqmommy...from your "dashboard" click on "layout". On the sidebar, you should see where you can add links to blogs.

(In reality, I just clicked until I stumbled on it...thought it was cool...and started adding things! ;) )

Where is the "dashboard"? I've never heard of it. I have Windows 7.

Grammy...When you make a blog with blogspot.com, you have what they call a "dashboard" to make the blog with. It's a part of the website.

Oh okay. My laptop is new and so is Windows. Just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something important. Thanks for the info.

Nice website. I tried the paper piecing and went nuts. So, I am making Dear Jane hand piecing with a needle and thread. I am really enjoying it. I noticed the book has some of the patterns different than Jane, so I re-did it. I should have just made my own patterns. I am finishing up row D. I noticed the clubs jump around on the blocks. I am just going one by one in line, attaching each row. I have been known to do it my way no matter what. I don't know how anyone can handle paper piecing. I made some birds and it took me forever. I found I got done faster even by piecing by hand than ripping and resewing with paper piecing. I could never get it right. Must not be for me. Too confusing.
