I saw this some time back on Terri Sandelin blog, she does mini quilts and I have done them. But she was using 1 and 2 inch squares and 1 X 2 scraps too so check out her blog BITS AND PIECES i beleive. I currently have 3 mini quilt tops ironed onto fusible and just sewed one last night. the pressing of the seams open takes the longest i think, but love the results.

Here is some pics of mini quilt tops. First pic of each is unsewn, just ironed to fusible. Second pic is of the sewn top.......... All seems are pressed open. i bought a whole pkg of the pellon iron on lightweight fusible at JoAnn's with the coupon. The 3-color top was 13 X 13 inch before sewing. The 2-color top was 13 X 16 inch before sewing.
